Varsha Shirhatti

Varsh Shirhatti is a Board-Certified attorney in Immigration and Nationality Law who focuses her practice on business and investment immigration matters, representing local, national and international clients to provide legal advice and counsel on U.S. inbound nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. She provides guidance on nonimmigrant visas including H, L, TN, E and O classifications, among others. She also assists clients in their efforts at obtaining lawful permanent residence through PERM/Labor Certification, National Interest Waivers, EB-1 petitions, and Adjustment of Status, as well as guiding on post-residency and Naturalization matters.

Varsha has represented a range of companies and their employees. From international O&G corotations and IT giants, start-up firms involved in Telecommunication, Construction, Geophysical Exploration, Accounting, and Software Development, to individual clients. Prior to joining Naimeh Salem & Associates, Varaha practiced with a full-service corporate immigration firm based in Houston, Texas.
