Yesiree Fernandez
Nacida y criada en Venezuela, la abogada Yesiree Fernández se sintió atraída por la profesión jurídica desde temprana edad. Obtuvo su primer título en Derecho en la Universidad de Carabobo en Valencia, Venezuela, en 2017.
Desde 2019, Yesiree Fernández comenzó a trabajar como asistente legal en bufetes de abogados de inmigración en el área metropolitana de Houston, trabajando estrechamente con clientes y abogados en casos ante el Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de los EE. UU. (USCIS), la Oficina Ejecutiva de Revisión de Inmigración (EOIR) y la Junta de Apelaciones de Inmigración (BIA).
Ser testigo del profundo impacto de este trabajo en la vida de otros inmigrantes la inspiró a ampliar su formación jurídica en los Estados Unidos. La abogada Yesiree Fernández asistió a la Universidad de Houston Law Center, donde obtuvo su Maestría en Derecho (LL.M.). Actualmente, como miembro del Colegio de Abogados de Texas, Yesiree combina su sólida formación jurídica con empatía para brindar a sus clientes la defensa dedicada que merecen.
Born and raised in Venezuela, Attorney Yesiree Fernandez found herself drawn to the legal profession from a young age. She obtained her first law degree from the Universidad de Carabobo in Valencia, Venezuela, in 2017.
Since 2019, Yesiree Fernandez began working as a legal assistant at immigration law firms in the Greater Houston area, working closely with clients and attorneys on cases before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Witnessing the profound impact of this work on the lives of fellow immigrants inspired her to further her legal education in the United States. Attorney Yesiree Fernandez attended the University of Houston Law Center, where she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law. Now a member of the State Bar of Texas, Yesiree combines her strong legal background with empathy to provide clients with the dedicated advocacy they deserve.
